New Brunswick Mathematics Competition

The New Brunswick mathematics competition is held in May every year for grade 7, 8 and 9 students from across the province. This mathematics competition is jointly organized by the University of New Brunswick and the Université de Moncton, and the participating students write the mathematics contest at one of the University of New Brunswick or Université de Moncton campuses.
The competition is held in the morning, and in the afternoon the students go to a number of talks and demonstrations that learn about a number of interesting applications of mathematics to the real world.
