We propose a multi-year, multi-level approach to promoting diversity and inclusivity in STEM. The annual two-week program will include a summer school for top undergraduate women from across Canada and the northwest United States, currently specializing in mathematics or a closely related STEM field, such as computer science, physics and statistics.
